A group of Tulsa teens is about to embark on a journey to save lives.

Some Tulsa Bishop Kelley seniors are gearing up for the MS 150, a two-day, 1-hundred-50 mile ride to raise money to fight multiple sclerosis. Their effort is inspired by friendship. 17-year old Channing Barker was recently diagnosed with a rare, pediatric form of MS.

Though it one day may leave her unable to walk, Channing is amazingly, taking this disease in stride. “It was like, okay, this is it, let's deal with it. I still have a life."

The ride kicks off in Tulsa Saturday morning. You can find more information on how to help by clicking here.

Channing's symptoms are currently in remission, so she's feeling good and will be there to cheer on her friends.
